This is a simplified estimate using the 2026 federal brackets for single filers, the $16,100 standard deduction, and a flat 7.65% FICA rate. It does not include 401(k) contributions, health insurance premiums, local taxes, or credits, so your real paycheck may differ.

Turn an hourly wage into a full picture of your pay. Enter your rate and weekly hours to see what you earn each week, each month, and over a full year.

Based on 52 paid weeks a year. Monthly pay is the yearly total divided by 12, so it is a fair average rather than any single month.

Convert

Find the true hourly rate behind a salary. If you take unpaid weeks off, lower the weeks worked and the rate adjusts to reflect the hours you actually work.

Use 50 if you take 2 unpaid weeks off, 48 for 4 weeks, and so on.

A bonus looks smaller on payday because of withholding. This estimate applies the standard 22% federal supplemental rate plus Social Security and Medicare, so you can see roughly what you will actually receive.

Estimate only. Employers usually withhold a flat 22% federal tax on bonuses, but your final tax bill is settled when you file your return, so the amount you keep can change.

Commission Calculator

About PaycheckKit

PaycheckKit is a small set of free calculators built for one everyday question: what is my pay, really? Job offers are quoted as yearly salaries, job ads list hourly rates, and paychecks arrive on all kinds of schedules — it is easy to lose track of how those numbers compare.

Each tool here does one job and does it clearly. Convert an hourly wage to a salary, check what a raise adds to every paycheck, estimate what a bonus will actually pay after withholding, or work backwards from the monthly income you need. Everything runs in your browser: your numbers are never uploaded, stored, or shared.

Please read — estimate disclaimer Every result on this page is a simplified estimate provided for general education only. Tax figures use simplified 2026 federal brackets for a single filer and flat percentage rates, and they do not account for your full situation — deductions, credits, retirement contributions, benefits, or local taxes can all change the real numbers. Nothing here is tax, legal, or financial advice. For decisions that matter, check your pay stub or talk to a qualified tax professional.
